Company History

Many consulting services are one-off and do not take into account the actual circumstances of the organization or the workplace.
It was with this awareness that we founded Nextide.
We believe that the true value of consulting lies in helping our clients bring about change and develop the ability to continue to implement it.

[Planning and preparation stage]

2023 (April~)

  • Vision and mission formulation
    Based on the guiding principle of "people-centered innovation," we analyze the need for digital transformation (DX) and security consulting for Japanese companies, including support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

 

  • Market research and competitive analysis
    Conduct research into domestic and international consulting market trends, customer needs, and service models for small and medium-sized enterprises

2023

(3rd to 4th quarter)

  • Strategy and service model planning
    Considering the creation of various services to be provided, such as DX/IT/security consulting, IT human resource development, and SaaS business

 

  • Recruiting key people and partners
    Finding the specialized talent needed to start a business and exploring the possibility of collaboration with potential partners

2024 (1st quarter)

  • Formulation of business model and capital procurement plan
    Completing business plans, developing financial plans and investment attraction strategies

 

  • Preparation for incorporation and legal procedures
    Various administrative procedures for company establishment, preparation for corporate registration, and determination of head office location

[Formal establishment and initial operation stage]

May 1, 2024
  • Nextide Consulting Inc. officially established

  • Head office opened: 3-20-8 Narita Higashi, Suginami-ku, Tokyo

June 2024
  • First business negotiations with clients and strategy formulation services commenced

  • Carrying out initial projects based on a "people-centered" consulting philosophy

December 2024
  • Completed capital increase (from 5.1 million yen to 10 million yen)

  • Strengthening organizational capabilities and laying the foundation for expanding services

  • Established Korean subsidiary

January 2025
  • Increased hiring of new personnel (including new graduates and mid-career hires)

  • Launch of in-house training and reskilling programs

  • Started security consulting for a major securities company

  • Korea branch begins security consulting for a major global insurance company
